Food was cold, as soon as our waitress brought our pitcher there was a fly on top of the beer she noticed it at the same time as my wife she took it back and change it LOL and the last surprised was the dry sauce & food on my daughter's fork, never again it was the waste time & money(Feb,12,2022)
have ordered from this restaurant for many years. Over the last year, every order seems to have something wrong with it! I order not spicy, it comes spicy, I order one fish, I get the other! The worst thing is when you call to complain, you get the rudest guy on the phone who keeps arguing with you! For the money they charge, its overpriced and waay rude and too many mistakes! I would not recommend it!
Not sure why there are bad reviews. Great service, great food! Only draw back would be they're a little pricey. Especially the $2.50 fountain pops... But otherwise a great place.
The food was pretty good, I really liked the service and the authentic decore. I went with 2 other friends who also really enjoyed it. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the experience.
Our party of 3 included 2 asians so we know good chinese food - and this was it. The flavors were great and the ingredients were fresh. It was Friday night and the restaurant was full with a few people waiting at the door but the service was still extremely attentive.

This place opened up recently about two minutes from our house, so we had to try it. We walked in and marveled at the look of the place; fancy costumes on waiters, decorative atmosphere, and exquisite decor. The food was better than expected (and we had high expectations). Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our meals, and have returned numerous times since.
I would give this restaurant a "0" on everything, but I am required to give at least a "1" to submit my review. Regardless of decor, friendliness and service the food is the bottom line! Food: This is the bottom line regardless of how nice the restaurant looks - this restaurant failed miserably. The hot/sour soup was small and as think as gravy (full of MSG) and not much more in it. The spring rolls were small, greasy and full of what looked like white paste served with red sauce thick with MSG. The Szechwan chicken was suppose to be spicy, but was bland. It looked like fried onions with small pieces of chicken in an orange sauce thick with MSG. The mixed vegetables was also in a think MSG sauce. All portions were small and pricey. We spent a total of $80 and considered it a total waste of money. We travelled a distance to get to this restaurant because I love Chinese food. We were terribly disappointed.
Décor: Looks inviting and seems clean, the waiters were all dressed in Asian costumes. They spend a lot of attention to detail, but as I said earlier the food is the bottom line. I would rather have a basic, clean restaurant with excellent food. This restaurant really missed the mark and I felt I should warn other potential customers about our experience considering we never would have gone to this restaurant had I not read these glowing reviews.
Whether you are taking out or dining in, Cynthia's is the best chinese food you will ever experience. It may be a bit pricey to some people, but totally worth it!!! The owner (Cynthia) is such a wonderful and friendly woman, always smiling and always willing to help with any dinner accomodations.
Great atmosphere, very oriental and the food once again is amazinggggggggggggggg!!

Really enjoy the ambiance of Cynthia's. Have met the owner and she works very hard to keep this restaurant running like a well oiled machine. Have been coming for years but mainly get take out. yes the takeout is expensive and I get charged extra for delivery but I know that the quality and quantity will be more than enough for 3 meals.

This restaurant is great, its everything you want in a Chinese restaurant. The servers are polite and dressed in old Chinese gowns and attire. They make you feel very welcomed and important with all there great services. The price is not cheap but you truly get what you pay for. Please do try it out you will love it like we do!

Incredible service, great food, really nice atmosphere. It is a very nice Chinese restaurant. They do funny birthday songs on a kareoke video thing. You water glass will never be empty.
