GIO BIKE PURCHASE
my husband and I purchased a gio bike from this company in June, the bike started to fall apart from the first day we brought it home. We contacted carquest to contact the company to get new parts for it, apparently they called and got in touch but we never did get our parts for the bike. It was used 4 times in total. It leaks gas, the paint job on the fenders are horrible, and we even brought the bike back to carquest for them to take pictures to send to the company. After being told in July/August that the fenders were ordered for us we still haven't received them. WE contacted carquest to see whats going on and the man there asked us if we wanted a different color as he wasn't sure if any CAMO ones were left. It also took us 3 months to get a receipt from them, everytime i called requesting the receipt their "computer was down" or it got printed and now they cant find it. WORST experience ever. Gio bikes i don't recommend to purchase at all..
