My wife and I have been using Walter for the last decade to do our taxes each spring. We have always been treated well and our taxes have been in order. At one point I was audited and a mistake was found, Walter fixed the error at no charge and all was taken care of. We recommend Walter and will continue using him as long as he is there.

I was referred by another one of Walters customers. I was his client for several years and each year I waited from anywhere from 6 to almost 10 weeks for my personal and small business tax to be completed. No idea why it would take so long! This past year my information was there again 10 weeks, my last 3 phone calls I was promised a deadline date which was never adhered to nor explained. Very poor service. Dont waste your time, see a professional accountant!
