I was well treated here, the sales representative Mr. Zhang is very nice and patient for any of my question. And I didn't feel any pressure or pushing from their financial manager which exists in many other dealers' place. Haven't experienced any maintenance yet, so far so good. Recommend!
It is my #4 Ford Flex... no need to say that I love this car for the confort, space, security and price! And the service I receive EACH time at Desjardins Ford is more than excellent... from shopping for a new car to delivery and attending my check-up... No need to search elsewhere, they are the best!
Very antagonistic from the moment you walk through the door. Immediately they say there's a good chance your $2000 bill won't be covered by your warranty and if they feel that you've abused your car the warranty will be void. Repairs are hit or miss, I have friends where they have to go back numerous times for the same issue with one instant where the repair was done using duct tape. WOW!!
