    Do not recommend this Notary. Went in February 2021, to have a simple mortgage Discharge performed. I was told by the Secretary..."No problem at all...will be done in 6-8 weeks. Paid in full. Now 3 months later and after calling the bank the request was never even sent. So, i have bought a new house but still waiting for my old mortgage to be discharged. Untruthful, unreliable. Disappointing. "My word is my bond"...these people have no scruples.
