Great service and the owners are amazing and always there working hard. All year actually. This small business works so hard. Blood, sweat, and tears. They try to provide the best service (guarantee) and best prices they can. It also depends how customers take care of their plants. Even when in the customers hands they are still there for you. They plant their own annuals too
Bad customer service. Don't expect anything from Nesbitt's if something doesn't work out.
They will sell you dying trees and shrubs and tell you its not their problem when it dies in your yard.
When we returned after having bought a bad tree, all the remaining (unsold) trees of the same species we bought we dead in the Nesbitt yard. They had assured us that the trees we bought would be fine when planted in soil. We followed their instructions for planting and care.
Hi 71aylmer.
I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience. I don't fully understand why this happened either. We do offer a seasonal guarantee on our trees and shrubs. As in, if you purchase a tree or shrub between April and October in the same season (same year) we guarantee the item if it doesn't flourish, as was in your case. Whether you interacted with an employee who had given you the wrong information or if it was simply non-applicable to our guarantee, I do not know. I see the review was posted on June 5, 2015, which means if you had bought your item in that same season, you should have had your guarantee fulfilled seeing how it wasn't even near October yet. If you would like to come back in to speak with me (Sylvia) about this ordeal, please bring a receipt, or any proof of purchase, so we can understand where each other are coming from.
Thanks for your time.
Sylvia Nesbitt
