The place was nice. But, the place was FREEZING all night. I mean freezing , feet and legs were so cold , it was hard to be comfortable to even eat . We asked to change table, they said no. Waiter was so so . when we went to the Manager and told him how cold we were and expressed other concerns he just shrugged his shoulders, like it was no big deal.The manager was not professional about it at all. We were a group of 6 a few Hundred dollars were spent. Very disappointed.
La Verita is definitely one of the best restaurants in Montréal! The food is consistently excellent, as is the service. La Verita can give some streak houses a run for their money once you try their filet mignon! Love this place!
I recently enjoyed a lovely dinner at restaurant LaVeritas. The food was terrific, a perfectly cooked veal with a pasta that was to die for. The ambiance was very classy and i was happy with the level of service i recieved. They had an excellent wine list, with reasonable prices, and to finish it off, the best dessert I have had on the west island...I can't wait to go back and try what the chef is cooking that day...

Everything is prepared in-house, including the desserts, to ensure the quality and freshness of every dish. Located near le Marché de l’Ouest, this restaurant offers an intimate setting, and can accommodate large groups. La Verità also has a delightful exterior patio for those hot summer nights.
