    Terrible. No return calls from my email to book by son's birthday party. I tried to call too but the voice mailbox was full. Then I went to the store location to try to book and the teenager at the counter could not answer any of my questions. He only took my contact info and said the manager would call me because she was out of town. Guess what. I received no call. Avoid this place.
