Gaudet's Auto Body opened it's doors originally in 1959 as a small family owned and operated business serving the greater Charlottetown area. The Gaudet family operated a successful business with many satisfied customers up until 1993 when the shop was purchased by Mervin Koughan who had recently moved back from Alberta with his family. When Mervin and his family moved back to Alberta in 1996 he called on his brother Matt Koughan to come on board to manage the business they had left behind.
