Dr Michael Shupak

Dr.Michael Shupak is very kind, understanding, the best family doctor I have had. After I removed from Toronto, due to the long travel distance to get to his office, was the only reason for me choosing a walk-in clinic closest to where I now live.

This office has been transferred to a new doctor, all patients files have been send to government records with out the knowledge of the patients. The secretary has a horrible temperament, she is rude and disrespectful at all levels. She has been lying about my son’s paperwork since November and even when I was able to proof that they were faxed to the office she denied having received them! Today’s June 17 I have a copy of the documents with me and she still refusing to let the doctor know!

Dr shupak is knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated. He has always been kind to me and my family, and asks about all of them every time. He sends his patients to the best specialists. His office is really dated and needs a good reno.... But that doesn't matter.

Has been my doctor for 27 years since I was a baby, he’s no nonsense and I love it , the wait times can be a little rough I don’t find him rude and if yo re a worrie wort he will be quick with you , hasn’t steered me wrong yet .

HORRIBLE DOCTOR. VERY RUDE, UNKIND AND CARES VERY LITTLE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. JUST MADE ME LEAVE HIS OFFICE IN TEARS, AS I AM 12 WEEKS PREGNANT AND DO NOT WANT A MALE DOCTOR DELIVERING MY BABY. SO IN RETURN I GUESS MISTREATING AND BEING RUDE TO A PREGNANT WOMAN AFTER HAVING WAITED NEARLY 2 HOURS TO RETRIEVE MY PREGNANCY RECORDS WASNT ENOUGH. AS FOR PAT HIS SECRETARY... RUDE, UNCARING INDIVIDUAL. AS IF WERE NOT THE ONES WHO PAY THEIR BILLS.
