    Tried to collect ...

    Tried to collect over $400.00 for a pirated DvD rental from a corner convenience store. Store has since discontinued renting movies due to legal issues. Doing business with such clients shows the integrity of this company. Person in charge of my file was unhelpful. Only advice she had was pay the amount, regardless of what questions I asked. The commission structure sacrifices customer service. There are a lot better collection agencies who don't do business with pirated dvd distributers.
