My whole experience has been amazing. The personnel was so polite and caring. They cut my keys in less than 10 minutes!!! Extremely efficient. The receptionist, Twinky, is very warm and attentive!!! Awesome staff.

Excellent experience! Excellent customer service!! My daughter had her keys stolen and when I called and explained the situation, they sent someone within hours. Their concern for her safety is how every company should treat their customers. Thank you for an amazing job well done.
I have no idea how such a company can remain in business. They abuse their weekend rates, and have now used covid to hike up their charges and delay all their services. Good luck getting any customer service there!
Emergency Friday am. Called them and was told they could not fit me in. Fully booked. I was told to call after hours at a special phone number after 5. Waited all day. Made the call, again and again. Rang forever. Pickup by machine eventually which said if this was after-hours call, to call that certain number (which I had just called). Really - whoever set this up does not know what they are doing. Anyway, eventually left a message but NEVER received any call back, even on the Monday following.
After losing a key for a Bobrick TP dispenser, I was given City Wide's info to order a new one. David was polite and helpful and as soon as I provided the item number, he placed the order for me. He got back to me a few hours later and said the keys would be sent to his office. When I told him pick-up would not be possible, he offered to mail the keys to my location since they were so small and a courier wouldn't make sense. The correct keys arrived very quickly. Thank you so much David! :)
they duplicated the key for me. but it does not work. it can lock the door and cannot unlock the door. I talked to them. but they refuse to fix the problem. I have to buy another key. really bad service.
I echo jcpais' comment. I have submitted my suite key replacement to them 5 business days ago, no response no nothing. Wrote them another email and will probably make another phone call to them next week.
How long should it take to order a duplicate key? A few minutes, a few hours or a few weeks, say no more than two. Well, I ordered and paid for one key and it these wonderful people 2 attempts and 2 weeks to deliver. It was such an exhilirating experience that I don't care to repeat it ever. So beware, where you get your keys cut.
