Windsor Pizza

Have to say that Windsor Pizza makes a great tasting pizza /panzerotti and wings!!! I recommend this place for everyone!!! Don’t miss out you’ll be happy that you ordered from them!!!!

The drivers add an “extra delivery charge”for them selves. And say it’s for the distance. But that should’ve been added when I asked on the phone. This is the second time I have ordered from them, where the total was different at the door from the total I was given on the phone and tonite the “extra delivery charge” on the bill was written in with a different color pen. Also I asked them to call when they got here so the dog doesn’t wake the baby and low and behold they knocked.

Best pizza in the world. How do I know? I’ve travelled the world!

Awsome love it I wish I could have it every day

The absolute worst customer service. I ordered a pizza, and when it came it was wrong. After calling back the lady on the phone proceeded to blame the mistake on me and eventually we came to the agreement of them making another pizza for us. They repeated the order! It was correct! But, when the pizza came the 2nd time, it was wrong again! The pizza delivery guy got the manager on the phone. I talked to her about the mistake and she was clearly irritated. She eventually hung up on me.

Service today was terrible. I ordered a King Size Pizza and a Pizzaberger. When I opened the box with the pizzaberger I get a regular hamburger, with toppings I don't like. When I called them, I get "I'm sorry, the girl must have made a mistake" then the fault was turned on me. They did not offer me a credit or to replace it. We dealt with Windsor Pizza for a long time and especially the last few weeks I spent about 300.00 dollars. This is how customers are treated. I will never order from them.
