Windsor Medical Clinics

I suffer from severe depression and suicidal thoughts. I couldnt get out of bed so i decided to call in sick to work. i needed a doctors note to cover my day off. when I got to there the receptionist asked me what I needed and I said a note for work she looked at me up and down with pursed lips & said well that will be a long time with so much attitude. I said I would go somewhere else and reached for my card back she rolled her eyes and said okaaay like she was 16yrs old. I got in my car crying

was having an extreme panic attack. Waited till 7 to get in and all staff was trash talking the patients that just stepped out. I Burst to tears when I seen doc thinking finally Ill get an answer. He rushed me out kept asking what can I do and I told him I need to calm down stuck panic for 4 hours Gave me a crisis #. Let me leave in extreme mental breakdown (what if something happend?)and locked me out as I was last customer) sat on side walk crying watching all docs leave staring

I arrived an hour before they closed, gave my health card and information to the reception, and sat down right in front of the desk to wait for my name to be called. After 50 minutes of waiting in a practically empty room (only 2 other patients were there) I approached the reception restating why I needed to see the docter. They told me that they were closing and to come back tomorrow. When I reminded them that I had been waiting for almost an hour there response was " oh sorry we forgot " and "we didn't see you". Instead of admitting their mistake THEY SENT ME HOME WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTER AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR!
