Ordered at 5:39pm for delivery called a hour and 15 later to be told driver had it 45 min later we called multiple times and no one answered phone driver showed up after 2 hours from order time and I refused order. Not pleased with treatment.. value is great customer service is lacking
Ordered a meat and a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. It was delivered but with no half cheese I don’t eat meat so I couldn’t eat. Call back and they said that they would send a cheese out no charge. Waited an hour then called back they said that my pizza had been deliver and then hung up. Called back again and they said that it was on the way .... surpize the pizza never came so I didn’t even get to eat
Walked in after work and tried to place my usual order. I was told that he was already working on 2 orders and refused to take my order. I had been coming here for years, but I will never go back now.
Have ordered from here in the past and the quality is decent. However...I placed an order for two pizzas (One 3 meat, and one Hawaiian) online and went to pick it up. When I got home realized they gave me 2 Hawaiian. Called the store back and all they were willing to do was have me bring back one of those pizzas and they would replace with what I ordered.
30 minutes of my time wasted on their screw up.
Moral: Check to make sure you get what you ordered

Ordered a pizza to arrive at 7pm. Well first mistake there . The pizza came but you can tell it was cooked as soon as they received their order at 5. It was cold and dried up. Never again
It's good pizza. Just the night delivery driver charges $1 to call you when he is down stairs, plus when you phone and tell the store he didn't give you your $1, the driver calls and swears at you, wouldn't recommend this pizza place at night
it was good for a few weeks .. every friday I order 1 lb chicken wings hot sauce on the side The last 2 time I get wings only .. no legs and tonight I got wings only and sauce on the wings. My son cant have the sauce.. I pre ordered he repeated the order to me correctly and when i picked it up it was wrong twice 2 weeks in a row .. and the guy offered to get me dry wings but i had to go could not wait 10 to 15 minutes ......so.. what is going on ????whats with the wings ... no legs??
Not too impressed. Ad says delivered in 40min or less. 72min later, we finally got it. Also found out...at the door instead of over the phone, that they charge $2.50 for debit. Wings were decent, pizza was flavorless, except for the bacon. Garlic bread was tasty, but it was cooked folded so we couldn't open it without the cheese sticking to one side and it was a bit soggy.
