    Helpful, not HARMFUL

    Great alternative to trying to control pain by your own means. The staff and my doctor are great and treat me with respect and kindness. They take the time to know and care about all of their patients and are very encouraging. Before you decide to "judge" this program, please go and do a bit of research and you may find that your initial ideas and beliefs about what goes on at this, and other, Segue Clinics are far from correct.

    Help when you need it !!!

    The staff are great here and they dont make one feel like a junkie or a terrible person because you might be addicted to certain drugs. Although the Methedone medecine itself could be dispensed at a few more drugstores. The few in Welland that do dispense have long wait times due to the fact that alot of people have no choice but to go to the few pharmacies.....
