Serve us the wrong meal on pick up refused refund or new meal

Best Thai food ever!!!

outstanding quality of food........we have tried almost everything on the menu now and have always been more than satisfied.....we now make it our go to in wasaga to eat out.....the gentleman at the front when we pick up our order is always very pleasant

The service is always bad but it was exceptionally bad at my most recent visit. The server did not welcome us to the restaurant and did not speak to us throughout our entire visit. My boyfriend received the wrong order and mine had a hair on it. She walked away from the table immediately, even as we called after her. Once we went to get her she replaced my meal with no apology and served the incorrect order to another customer! We complained to the manager but received no apology or discount
