N&H Food Company was established in 1999 to accommodate the high volume of products for their retail store. A 5000 sq. feet facility was acquired to serve this purpose producing their own line of traditional Vietnamese sausages and hams. As new stores were opening, changes and upgrades was necessary for the facility to maintain its demand and to better control products being produced in the facility. In 2008 the company expanded to the adjoining two spaces beside the existing facility increasing the sq. feet to 12,000. Maintained through a GMP/HACCP plan, food safety and quality control became a priority.
