Was there on NYE. First time customer. ordered at 2pm for 6:30 pickup. Thought i was being so smart. said they would call me when order was ready. I called at 7:15 and was told they are busy and come in 20 mins. showed up in 20. waited 90 mins to get food. Kitchen is a disaster. Others waiting (15 +) all said same. terribly disorganized kitchen. When i got home items were missing of course. Wont be going back. They did nothing to assist with social distancing. 15 people in their lobby.
Second time we’ve had dinner delivered to rural home. Hot, tasty and fresh, with good quantities, so we have leftovers from 2 teens & 2 adults feasting! Next time I want spring rolls instead of egg rolls, and the General Chicken dish.
We ordered on Grey Cup Sunday and was told a time to be there, we got there on the time we were told. We went home as usual and when we opened out take out containers the food was luke warm, we were thoroughly disgusted as we had been doing business here for 20 years. We ate and then called them, we spoek to the order lad and he told the owner of our problem, I over heard her tell the young lad to "Tell them to microwave it", well the young lad told us another reason. Just lost a loyal customer
We order from China Garden every week and that is not exaggeration. They have the best chinese food around. We have tried the other local chinese restaurants and they are ok but China Garden is still the best food in our opinion.
This is not an eat-in restaurant, so atmosphere doesn't really mean much. It could look a little nicer for those that order on their way home and wait for the food, but personally, I don't wait around much.
The quality of the food is great. The portion sizes are generous and the food is always delivered when promised and hot. I've been ordering food from here about 15 years and will continue to do so.

I eat here all the time and I love it. The food is awesome I truly can say no other chinese food place I have eaten at can beat it. I order deep fried shrimp, beef and broccli and rice. They have a great variety and the meal is just delicious.
I feel like i've stepped down memory lane. about a year ago i went in for food and left 2 hours later without a thing. This time i ordered for delivery being under the assumption that under new management meant under new management, I ordered at 5:45pm thinking i'd have my food by 7:00. i called at 7 too see what was taking so long and they told me it was on it's way, 8pm came around and again i called and this time was told my food had been sitting there for an hour and that it was a pickup order, even though i went through my address 3 times with them and called to verify it was leaving.

I waited for an hour for the food which i never received. When an hour had gone by, they told me that my food hadn't even been started. I called at 6pm, this was 8pm. they then told me to leave. This is what happens when you hire 16yr olds and leave them unsupervised. i will never return and im not the only one
Food is very good, huge portions and the right price. cash pick up is discounted so it is easy to keep it to 20 dollars for two adults and there is even enough for a ouple of kids and left overs.
