I ordered brand new Jackson RR1 Snow White With Black Pinstripes guitar from these guys in 2017 (was dealing with Rene). The guitar was made by Jackson Custom Shop, then sent to Tundra Music, and finally sent overseas to Europe. Everything went well in all aspects - communication, shipping, etc. Had a great experience with this store!
I ordered a guitar almost three weeks ago. They're not responding to my messages or phone calls. Someone finally answered the phone, and the guitar isn't in stock. Won't be in stock till a month and a half after I ordered it. They're not issuing a refund. They're not cancelling my order so I can buy it somewhere else. I believe I'm being scammed. Read their negative reviews on Reverb. Horrible.
Bought a guitar but its unplayable since the toggle switch was smashed in when it was shipped. They shipped it in a crappy box with no bubble wrap or padding on the front. Initiated a return but zero response from Tundra.
Bought a Stratocaster from them this afternoon. One of the only music stores allowing people in store to demo guitars. Shout out to Matthew for his help, overall good vibes and for the free gig bag!

I ordered a piano on phone, was charged a deposit as they had to back-order the piano. I was put in a circle of, We have not received the order for some reason. Lemme talk to Yamaha and give you a call back (which they never do), which continued for three months from ordering date. Even on the final day I was told that Yamaha had further pushed the order to three more weeks, to which I asked for a refund. A very disappointing, sad, frustrating, and deceiving experience. Save your money and time
This company will agree to terms over the phone of a 2 wk waiting period then take your deposit then send you an invoice not recognizing the agreed upon terms. Then you will try to reach them and they wont call you back.....12 wks later and you can demand your deposit but they wont give it back. BEWARE of this company, they will talk to you in circles.
