Small'ish "neighborhood" class library apparently aimed at school kids. Upstairs "quiet study" area under furnished for its square footage -- too few tables for user demand. More significantly, in a laptop ans smartphone/tablet era, there way too few power outlets. The few that there are, are located far from the table placements. Laptop friendly pods/workstations furniture could be easily incorporated to the available square footage and bring this location in line with 2016 users needs.
