Donna Poulidis, founder of Prana Fitness, has had a lifelong fascination with fitness, health and its impact on how people feel about themselves. In her early 20s, she had a personal trainer who helped prepare her for competitive fitness competitions, and eventually she began to train others herself. “I did personal training as I was going to university,” Donna recalls. “After I graduated, I stuck with it and started slowly integrating yoga into my fitness routines. My clients responded really strongly to it. Now that I have my own studio, I’ve switched over almost completely.”
