Arrived at 21.00hrs being recommended by the hotel. We were rushed through the meal by what can only be described as rude waiters. As they close at 22:00hrs. Extremely rushed will never go again and will give this feedback again when back in London. Don't go here!

When you first enter this restaurant, you are...

When you first enter this restaurant, you are greeted with a great 2nd story view of Lake Ontario. However, disappointment set in once we ordered from the carts passing by. We found the quality to be lacking and that the cost was about 1.5 to 2 times that of much better dim sum restaurants in the Toronto area. One item that was excellent was the deep fried mashed taro dumplings which incorporated a non-traditional twist by using curry as an accent flavor. We were disappointed with the majority of the steamed dumplings as their wrappers were overcooked resulting in a "mushy" texture versus the norm -- the equivalent of an italian restaurant overcooking pasta. Unfortunately what you are paying for is location as there is no other justification for the pricing based on quality of food and service overall. Our advice would be to saviour a more authentic experience in Chinatown or in the N. York/Markham area where you can get much better quality and service as well as save a few bucks on parking.
