We are a small independent craft brewery making big flavourful Ales. we're not fond of rules, beer style guidelines or people who tell us what we can't do. Our beers and food try to reflect this attitude and our quest to make something that will leave an impression. Brewing in small batches with only the best ingredients, we make craft beer in a variety of styles to pair with different foods and the changing seasons and whatever we felt like that day. We don't make or serve lagers or pilsners – you can get those anywhere in the city. We make and serve hard to find Ales like a Belgian Sour, Double IPA or English Porter. We make some beers regularly and some once a year and even more are made one time only.more...See more text
We’ve been going to Indie for years and love it! Incredible beer, food and atmosphere. Staff is very attentive and service is fantastic! It’s a great place to go and relax with friends!
Satisfy your burger and beer cravings at this upscale brewpub. This independent brewery gives beer enthusiasts the chance to experience their in-house brews as intended – with good friends and good food. Pair a pizza with your pint of Barnyard pale ale, or try a specialty beer flight. The in-house shop offers Indie Ale swag and a variety of seasonal and flagship ales to take home.
This Junction-dwelling brewpub puts an emphasis on full-bodied beer and doesn’t shy away from experimenting with their recipes. If you’re feeling brave, go for one of the Fates and Furies brews, like the Sun Kicked Anejo, aged in a tequila barrel. The menu includes everything from black truffle popcorn to bison burgers, but make sure you save some room for dessert (they offer bite-sized delicacies designed to be sampled and shared).
For a casual place to share some beers and hearty snacks, check out the Junction’s Indie Alehouse. This small brewpub has a classy, old-school feel to it, complete with wooden tables and funky overhead lighting. If you’re going for a beer and a bite, may we suggest the Broken Hipster paired with the pulled pork spring rolls? Bonus: stop into the bottle shop and grab a four pack to go (or a growler, if you’re feeling mischievous!) of the brewed-on-site craft concoctions.
