Once visited by Anthony Bourdain, Beast is known for its unique menu. The menu includes items like pork hocks, smoked trout cakes and biscuit sandwiches. Beast also offers a brunch menu on the weekends.
The Beast is known for its use of every animal part, so it should be no surprise that Crispy Pig Ears are on the menu, specifically on the snack menu. Deep fried and delicious, it’s a delicacy that has become very popular at the King West restaurant. If you can get past the description, it is a must-try outrageous snack!
Beast Restaurant serves a huge brunch every Saturday morning. The menu includes the infamous Challah French Toast with duck confit, along with a selection of biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and of course, Rachelle’s doughnuts. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Beast does not take reservations (boo).
