Pinchos or pintxos are bite-sized snacks that are enjoyed in tabernas (bars) in Spain over drinks with friends and family.
Fun and festive, pinchos are an addictive way to enjoy happy hour. And while you’ll never see them on the menu at Barsa Taberna, they’re available Monday to Thursday, 4:30-6:30pm - you just have to ask. The ingredients are inspired by the season and are selected from The St. Lawrence Market, just across the street.
By far, the prettiest in the city, thanks to the white ceramic painted pitcher. And they’ve got three to choose from:
Sangria Blanco ($36/pitcher) Gerardo Chardonnay, Calvados, green apples, grapes, basil and mascerated cantaloupes
There’s always sangria on the menu at Barsa Taberna! The tapas restaurant keeps it traditional with their sangrias offering three types – one red and two white. The picture-perfect sangria pitchers are best enjoyed on a sunny afternoon on their patio!
