    This is the worst li

    This is the worst limo company ever- never use them. The limo driver lied to us about what time I booked him for- ( I called the office later to confirm and I was right) he yelled at us for 10 minutes because we were late (but we weren't) and then he was rude to us the rest of the time. Terrible company terrible drivers and customer service.

    Gross 'limo'. Bad Service

    When the limo bus did not show up I called and they said that the limo was broken down and they will send a new one. We had to wait almost two hours (we missed most of the game) They charged us two deposits for some reason. The smell on the bus was intolerable. They had not dumped the tank in who knows how long. The general condition of the bus was bad. (They don't show this one on their website). On the way back the driver went around the 401 to get from Toronto to Kitchener; it took over two hours. Not treated well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

    AWFUL service

    I would never recommend this limo service to anyone, ever. First off when you call to book your appointment they supposedly email you the confirmation - well i never received mine so i booked with another company. 2 days prior to the scheduled pick up i called to make sure that i was not schedule with them. turns out i was. so i tried to cancel which apparently they do not allow. I notified them that i had never received their email confirmation so i assumed that it had not gone through and had since made other transportation arrangements. This didn't seem to matter to them - they said it was my responsibility to call THEM to notify them that i didn't receive it. They said in order to cancel my reservation i'd have to pay 100% of the value - i was livid so they spoke to a "manager" and called me back stating that they got me a great deal because now i would only have to pay 50% of the value and if i refused they would send me to collections. After reviewing the bill they sent me i noticed in the 50% charge they had already added in tip. so basically i paid tip on a service that i never received. needless to say this is totally unacceptable. NEVER use this company.

    Brutal customer service

    The limo company was 45 min late with no phone call stating they were running behind schedule. Than the driver missed the destination and we had to walk 15 min to the club making us miss the free before 11:30 enabling some of us to pay $15 cover. Mistakes and a I dont care attitude is right across the board with this company.
