It is too bad that the review level does not go into the minus level. They don't deserve a 'one star'. I am dealing with new appliances, they are in no rush to get my issue resolved now. Worst customer service. No wonder there are no telephone numbers listed to get in touch with management.

Nothing more than another layer of menu-driven choices that get you to the stores and same customer care central number. This is not the corporate office.

The worst customer service of any company. I will never shop here I ordered online and one and a half months later I still didn’t get my money back. I spent numerous hours waiting on the phone, (many reference numbers ) after one month I was given a UPS label with the wrong receiver address! I asked Home Depot to check it and then I requested to UPS to return the package to me. Nothing happened. Today I tried to speak with a supervisor and I was put on hold indefinitely. Another 3 hours no answ!
