Our experience at Kelsey's was awesome ....the girl that welcome us at the door had a smile and was very nice and very welcoming great job keep up the good work .... and for the girl that served us Linda P wow we laughed she make us feel comfortable.. .. we had a very stressful month with my Dad in the hospital .. and you Linda made us forget at lease for an hour .. don't ever change sometimes people need a good laugh .. I dint get my keg of wine lol my glass was perfect .. cheers

Most horrible restaurant I've ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs. The pregnant manager is extremely rude, kitchen over cooked my steak, potatoes were cold and seemed unwilling to help. Got a new steak which was still overlooked, took over 30 mins, where everyone had finished eating and the manager still refused to take the steak off the bill cause they made a new one. Caught a glimpse of the kitchen and it looked dirty, the restaurant is dusty, filthy and very unkept. DONT EAT HERE!

BEWARE: WORST FOOD PREPARATION EVER!!! A note to all vegetarians, pregnant individuals, and people with any allergies, this restaurant is not for you. They cross-contaminate all of their food products and do not see the need to disclose this to the public. They fries French fries, meat and fish products (including shell fish) in the same oil and even cook and prepare these products together and they do not see any problems in doing so. Went for supper last.. Was good !! Had the koritos , was really good love there style of chips , I had a burger and baked potato for the main course, I had to eat the burger with my fork it was so big, I found the pretzel bun to be a little oily , but still delicious

salty mess

Whatever you do avoid the Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl. Its like you are downing an entire container of salt. All you can taste is salt and nothing else. I couldn't finish my meal. They should have just injected the salt straight into my veins. I looked at the salt content online after and was horrified that there was approx. 2700mg of salt. No wonder it was extremely salty. I've had similar dishes in Toronto and they are by far better. For the price, I would have expected something of better quality with actual fresh flavours. The Garlic Spinach Bread was okay but pretty bland and soggy. Overall this meal was very underwhelming and for the prices was a complete disappointment. The server was really nice but that didn't make up for the horrid salty mess.

I've frequented Kelsey's restaurant in North Bay on several occasions and have always had a good pleasant meal. Noting that it was a chain I assumed that service and quality would be the same at every Kelsey's restaurant and boy was I wrong. We had to wait over an hour just to get in which is relitvley typical at any restaurant on a Saturday but it was definitely not worth the wait. Waitress was Extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced if we had any inquiries. My food was wrong and another person from our table's food was cold for some reason. And when I brought up that I had the wrong meal the waitress let out a agonizing groan and said she'd bring it back. I did not receive my "real" order for 25 minutes while everyone else was long done eating. Definitely one of the worst dinning experiences I've had and I discourage anyone to venture into Sudbury Kelsey's if they are interested in respect.

There have been a few horrible dining experiences that I will always remember, however; it was Kelsey's that will always take top spot for the WORST. I walked in expecting an average to adequate meal on par with say a Montana's/Perkins/etc. but was extremely disappointed. I had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and waited over an hour only to find out that the waitress had forgotten about us. Once the food was out I was just happy to have a meal in front of me. I grabbed the sandwich and hoping to enjoy a delicious bite of white chicken meat, I took my first bite.... As I bit down it felt like I had hit a rock. I thought I had chipped my tooth. As I opened the bun I was shocked to see two small dry crusty chicken wings in my bun?! I couldn't believe it. I tracked down the waitress and explained what had happened. Unapologetically and annoyed she just said "Well, I can give ya a free brownie?". No change to the sandwich. Only a free dessert?! This will be my first and last experience at Kelsey's Restaurant. :|

I ordered the balsamic chicken thinking it was the safest thing that wasn't fried. The chicken was actually acceptable. The veggies served with the meal were a disgrace. The broccoli had been cut days before and the stems had browned beyond belief - to the point of rotting and that's what I was served. When I mentioned it to the server, she didn't seem to care. To her, it was no big deal. The pulled pork sandwich was way too salty. The sirloin burger was dry and overcooked. Chicken Caesar salad had no taste and the chicken was dry. We won't be back. If the vegetables they serve are rotten, I don't even want to think about what goes on in the kitchen (the parts we don't see).

The brushetta bread was possibly the best I've had in the city. The cesar salad was pretty plane jane and I wouldn't recommend it. The club house was acceptable; just a regular sandwich really. My caygen chicken alfreto was REDICULOUSLY spicy. I understand when you order something like caygen chicken you can expect your food to have some zip to it. However, i took 3 bites and could not continue. The service was ok. Something that really burns me is when I receive my meal while i'm still eating my appetizers. I had taken no more than 5 bits of my salad and bread and POOF my meanl arrives. That has to be one of my BIGGEST pet peeves and I was really not impressed. I finished my salad and bruschetta then tried my now cold pasta. Good thing it was too spicy for me to eat i guess. I don't really like the food at Kelsey's. I will give them credit for the bruschetta and the brownie desert we had. Overall experience, I wouldn't return for dinner.

I love the Kelsey's in Sudbury. The staff appear to be having a good time, which reflects on their service with the customers. My family usually comes in for birthday's with our children. All the girls come out to sing with smiles on their faces and they joke around with my children. Our favourite is the balsamic chicken. Any time that we've ever had a problem(i.e. something cold or a steak cooked wrong) they fix it up for us and we get a credit on our bill. Great service. Well done.

I absulutly love this place ive been here many many many times, i go practicly every weekend im prety close with the waiters, there VERY friendly and always have a smile on there face, i fine its very hard to not like with resturaunt.

The restaurant was crowded and we sat at the bar in order to wait the 20 minutes. Within a minute the bar tender took our order and delivered the drinks shortly thereafter. We waited about 10 minutes and then were seated in the bar area, and the waitress was there in a few minutes with menus and shortly took our orders. The food came in a few minutes. The bacon cheese burger was overcooked, and when the waitress came to check how things were, she instantly ordered another burger and told us there would be no charge for that burger. The fries were good, the salad fresh and the final burgers were both juicy and tasty. The waitress asked if we wanted anything else and the bill came shortly

hostess was extremely nice and food was great i give this restaurants five stars (*****). I love keley`s and will continue going for a very long time. You guys are all great, everyone had a smile on there face and it helps the enviroment. Thanks for the great night.

If you're going to order anything, get the party platter. It is the perfect mix of finger food and very filling. Their cheese and brocoli soup is also amazing.

We went for my friends birthday and were expecting her to recieve a complimentary birthday dinner but their policy is she only gets a free birthday dessert. This seems to be the trend of many restaurnts and is resable but dissapointing. We waited 45 minutes before we even got a table and a group of 5 who came in a half hour after us got a table right away because they were friends with the hostess, completely unfair. The waitress was rude to say the least. She wasn't friendly or informative. We asked her to get some waiters to sing happy birthday to my friend. She said she couldnt because there was other guest sited behind us. Extremly unsatisfied with the service the food was good but you can find it at any chain family restaurant like that.

When we arrived, there were people waiting in the lobby for tables. We put our names on the waiting list and went and had a seat in the bar. My friends all ordered a beer and I didn't want anything. The bartended then still carded me just to sit in the bar area. I didn't order a beverage yet she still carded me. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me. By the time the drinks were done (15 min later) we got our table. The waitress didnt' even ask about drinks, just handed us our menus and left. I had to wait till we ordered our meals (another 20 min) before I could have a drink. I then asked for my drink along with water for everyone. She only brought one water with 4 straws. and hten straws were wet and looked as though htey had been used. Our order took almost an hour and then only 3 out of 4 of us got our food. hte 4ht person had to wait anohter 10 min for hers. the food was good but I would not return to this restaurant as this was not the only time it has happened. I try to give hte benefit of hte doubt (it was busy) but hte service was horrible! the waitress started to clear the plates even before we were done! never again!
