I would highly recommend Ms. Farrell. She is fair minded and will keep your best interest forefront while still providing honest and genuine advice that reflects the situation or matter. She is tough, skilled, and very understanding of the experience her client has gone through and will work hard to resolve it successfully. Mine was not a good situation, but Ms. Farrell worked on my behalf for the resolution I needed. I could not be more grateful. Her fees are reasonable and well worth it.
She was very curt to me in one of my emails...then a second time so I sent her an email plus a written note saying "I no longer require your services"...I hired a new paralegal who is wonderful...when my Hearing came up she joined in & my new paralegal advised he was my rep...she said she moved so she didn't get my note..common sense you advise your client her email would not have changed plus she didn't communicate with me...my advice is "run"
What a waste of money.. t6 was already filed all Kim needed to do was submit evidence and show up..
My first date remains. Second date remanded morning of court.. kim did not submit even half of my evidence.
She did not send me any of my landlord evidence...
I ended my agreement with Kim Pherrel after second court date but she will not send me a receipt...
So disappointed DONT QASTE YOUR MONEY
Ms Farrell is amazing at what she does. She was excellent at communicating even after business hours. Got the job done very, very quickly. She helped me so much, and I am forever grateful. I will recommend her 10000% and will def use her again if needed.
I hired Kimberley to help me to file N4, N8, L1 and L2 for non paying tenant. She have not done her job right, she was rude and I have to start the process again as I didn’t trust her work. Honest advice, do not waste you time and money
Ms Farrell is very professional about all aspects of her work, yet she still manages to make a personal connection with her clients. She is very educated and passionate about her work for you.
Ms. Farrell has done nothing to prepare for our court case. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I would never hire Ms. Farrell to represent us. It has been a complete waste of time and money.
