Gehres Windows And Doors

We paid Gehres Windows and Doors Ltd. $4,000 back in March 2020 for windows. They gave us every excuse why the windows weren't ready when expected and strung us along for months. We found the windows with another company and asked for our money back. The owner said he could not get our windows and did not have our money to return. Reading these reviews makes me wonder how many people he has done this to - taking deposits with no intent on ordering the product. We are proceeding with small claims

We recently had 4 very large windows installed and due to the fact the building/walls were not square, Gehres took extra time to measure to make sure each window fit snug and tight. Great people, great job very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows whether they be regular or custom. Thanks for the lovely windows and coming back to exlain some of our questions in person.

We ordered a custom high-end door from Gehres windows and doors Putting down a $3500.00 deposit. After six months of waiting the door still had not arrived. At that point we asked for our deposit back. We were told we would have to take him to court if we wanted our money back. After going through the Better Business Bureau and the Ministry of consumer affairs we are now in small claims court still trying to get our $3500 back.
