    This people operate as get help legal and CAJ took my case took the entire payment and 1 day before the trial date abandoned my case after telling me it was a highly discounted rate, and because of lack of communication they cant represent me any longer knowing I was facing jail time

    Poor customer service and communication skills. They do not respond back to emails or calls asking for details or specifics after you have agreed to their terms and made a payment. No interest or ability to really "fight" a ticket, instead they simply plea guilty and accept the first deal that is offered by the court or JOP. Basically they show up on your behalf and plead guilty to hopefully reduce the charges which you can very well do yourself if you have the time to show up to court. They
