Chef Chris Antonin Kanka has been in the culinary scene for over 20 years. He comes to us from such notable restaurants in Toronto such as Monsoon, Taboo Resort, The Historic Distillery Restaurant group and Toronto's 4-star, Thai dining restaurant Bangkok Garden and Elmwood Spa.     Chef Chris Antonin Kanka was the chef and owner of the West Hill Wine Bar located at 4637 Kingston Rd. which has since closed. Currently, in this same location is Taste N Flavour restaurant where Chef Chris Kanka does not work. This restaurant if you feel obliged to call it that, has a cook not a chef.
