I have an induction T-Fal series and broke apart of the cover. I sent a photo to T-Fal of the item I wanted to replace and they said I should speak with a CS at their 1-8-- service. I tried that # several times and was on hold for 25 mins at one time but no one answers except their ridiculous your call is important to us message. Are they going out of business?
Sorry to learn from two persons about poor service. But I beg to differ - ALWAYS had immediate phone response and Excellent Customer service from T-Fal and Rowenta products depts. Only this week I needed spares for my Rowenta product and got it sorted out immediately with very courteous service.
The measurement window on my kettle started leaking boiling water. I tried to call t-fal customer service many times and I get the same message every time. "The office is currently closed and will be open between 8:30-5 Monday to Friday." I tried 4 times at various times with no luck. I sent an email from the t-gal website and received an automated response saying I have to go to the t-fal website to send the email. I'm running around in circles with no response from a human being.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Waited on hold over 25 minutes, no one answered. Emailed over a week ago, no one writes back. If you want a product that is backed by customer service choose another brand.
