Our expensive Krups espresso and coffeemaker needed a new fuse which should have been simple but this was the most atrocious experiences of repair service ever. After many patient attempts, I concluded that they are trained to avoid repairs and encourage new purchases. Do not buy their brands - they stand for waste - money, time, materials. You will be disappointed like we are.

Operator there (Nicole) was very rude, not helpful, raised her voice on me, made fun of my questions like i was stupid asking it, hung up on me , very bad customer service from the operator Nicole. They would not let me speak to the owner/boss of the company. Spoke to Manager Meredith. Its Sad.
