I have dealt with Sam for little over a year now. He is not only knowledgeable, he does his level best to assist you with any of your herbal requirements. I have asked Sam for assistance in acquiring even a small "retail" amount of some certain out of stock herbs that I required for a formulation. He sourced the herbs from his competitors for me; was able to obtain a small amount that suited my needs.
