A Grandfather's Clock 2013 Ltd

Took my clock in for repairs on two occasions because during a one-month period, it would gain 30 mins in the first 15 days and lose 30 mins in the last 15 days. This meant the time was correct only two times a month. Clock came from that store initially. In the end, two large repair bills and problem persisted. Took it elsewhere to have problem fixed.

The owner of this shop is rude, belligerent, certainly unkind and mentally unstable to say the least. I tried to retrieve my key to my grandfather clock. He refused. When I said I wouldn't leave without the key, he became physically violent and assaulted me. This man has serious problems. The only reason I don't press charges is because he is a vortex of horrible energy and I won't give him any more of mine. I will get a key from somewhere else. Forewarned is Forearmed

Terrible repairs ruined my vintage clock. Please check and get alternative estimates before proceeding. If I could rate a negative star I would. Worst experience. STAY CLEAR of these incompitents.

Service was excellent Very efficient and friendly . Took the time to make sure I was happy with results. I will be back.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The owner does not stand behind his work. Unskilled and overpriced. Find a reputable professional, Under no circumstances purchase or have this business do repairs. You will be disappointed and have serious regrets.

Excellent service...

Excellent service. They fixed a clock that others could not. I have brought in a couple more for repair and got the same great service.
