Sheri teaches the skill of listening to your body. Our body has an innate intelligence on how to maintain optimum health, if we can allow this process to happen. Sheri assists each person in finding ease with movement, and helps to create a "space" that encourages and fully supports relaxation. Quieting the mental chatter, by focusing on sensation, can allow us to feel and hear what our body has to say. Then with respect, we can respond with something positive.
