Boston Pizza invites you to their establishment. They are open late from Monday to Saturday. You can get there by car. They are found in an area packed with merchants. Check in periodically for promotions and special offers.
How wrong could this experience be. We had to wait so long to be served, the manager finally served us. We were served the wrong food. There was no paper, at all, in the bathroom. The food was adequate. We waited so long to pay, that even standing waiting to leave, I could't get the server to come to the table. The manager came over with the card machine.
This all took place at 3 in the afternoon. My 10yr old and I had stopped for a mother\daughter lunch. There were very few tables seated in the restaurant.
There are many other restaurants in the area. Don't waste your time or money, try someplace else.
Very expensive for what you get. The food is alright, the pizza has a good flavor and the salads are good. Another big-box store that does it better than many of the others. Great place to watch a game though, nice televisions and good sports atmosphere in the bar. The waitresses are friendly as well (Pickering location).
I had many terrible experiences at Boston Pizza.
I have to say that the service at Boston Pizza was TERRIBLE! My sister, mother and I all went to eat there and we ordered a few more appetizers and desserts than usual. The waitress came and when we told her what we wanted, she looked at us with wide eyes and smirked a little as she left. She was very rude and dismissive. The food was average, but of course that's what you get when you go to a steak and potato restaurant.
When me and my son walked in, we were greeted, than we got sat. Our server came and took our drink order. We waited for a while to get our drinks and then asked us what we wanted in not the proper serving manner. I found it rather rude.
Our food wasn't too bad, but it wasnt worth the amount we payed for.
Good environment. I would go there to go to watch the game at the bar.
This is the only Boston Pizza location where I have walked out from such terrible service. After being seated by the hostess, we were ignored for 20 minutes and not even given menus. There is hardly any adults working there, and the staff are rude and childish. Also, do not order the hawaiian pizza. It is ALWAYS under-cooked and not worth the money
My wife and I went in for some late afternoon drinks on a Sunday evening, she had a glass of wine (only $3.50 and I had a bottle of MGD (only $2.99). We really enjoyed our appy platter and then had some of their 35 cent wings. Honestly cheap prices, cold beer, good food, I dont know what more you could ask for! I will definatley return, next Sunday Probably. Oh and I forgot, the only place in Durham I can go and watch all the Football games, wihtout asking for the games to be put on or changed!!!!!!
DID you know Boston Pizza has new ownership!!! I have been there before, but since about a month ago the food and service has been outstanding! They have beer and dribnk deals everynight, for instance for a 32 oz draft beer (huge) and a small pizza my bill was only 21.00 AMAZING!!! Their BBQ chicken pizza is awesome, and I can;t wait to go back. If you have heard negative opinions about this Place before, give it another chance I guarantee you will be satisited!

the sauce had no flavour. it was terrible, for a restaurant that claims to be italian they should try using so authentic spices and sauces. the food is over prices for what you get and its quality. the staff is obviously only there to make their tips than get out and the management seems disorganzied. I would probably put the blame on the owners since to me they seem cheap and obviously do not know how to run a restaurant.

Worst food I have ever had.......service was terrible...manager, guy with facial hair (hispanic i think) was not accomadating....have been in the industry for 15 years and this place is a joke....i cant get over how bad the food was and service ....the food is disgusting ....i feel sick thinking about the three bites i took...and pls get more attentive servers i felt as if the entire restaurant was waiting!

we walked in and noticed how messy the floor was, it looked like hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Then we waited 5 minutes before someone to sit us even appeared or noticed our presence. Our server seemed very friendly but the service was horrible, she hadnt brought our drinks out 10 minutes after we ordered them and had to ask another server if we could order. once we placed our order the service took a long time and the request for my pizza wasnt acknowledged (no mushrooms). i had to wait for our waiter to come back and check on us which took forever before i could even send back my pizza ( which wasnt even very good). the service was poor, food quality was poor, it was a mess and it was very over priced! horrible restaurant
We always sit in the bar so service takes a little longer because it is usually just the bartender working. Tuesdays they have their pasta special so you cannot go wrong price wise. Food portions are large and pretty tasty. Waiter is witty and eager to please. Overall a good meal for a good price on a Tuesday.

We went in for some apps and late night drinks. I've had HORRIBLE experiences here before however this time was completely different! It was like the place was under new management of something. The servers were very attentive. One girl came to take our drink order and a minute later someone came to make sure we had been taken care of! We got our food and about a three minutes later the manager came over to see how we were doing. I watched him he went to every table. I will definitely be going back if they have made these improvements it is a great place to catch the game!

(How rude!) there was no cutlery on the table, we couldnt find the server to ask, we didnt get refills, our bill was all on one when we specifically asked for seperate, then they came messed up! very disorganized...it seemed like there was one server for the whole restaurant!
I love Boston Pizza. It is by far my favorite place to eat and hang out. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone. A family dinner. Sports games and bar. Large parties. Boston Pizza is the place to be. The food is great. The staff is great. Even when they're busy you can rely on the staff getting your orders quickly while still mainaining a smile. I would recommend this dining expierience to everyone.

Where to start? the service was dreadful. We sat for ten minutes in full view of the bartender/server before she asked if we would like a drink. She then took our order and proceeded to SIT with her "friends" at another table. Then she must have forgotten our drink order because she inquiringly yelled across the bar for us to repeat it. We failed to order any food, realizing this was the time to spare ourselves of disastrous service. The main issue, and why this is being written, was the lack of manner, sincerity and attention that servers should respectfully give their patrons. I know because I work in the same industry and would do so for ALL my guests. The bartender was audacious enough to SIT with her friends and chit chat while the few other tables in the restaurant cast their eyes looking for one thing or another from her. Maybe this sheds light on why the dining room was vacant by 7:30! We got no bill: we left (way too much, by the way) our money on the table and got out the door before she even noticed we had to get going. One positive amidst all this chaos: getting a job here should be straightforward as only rudimentary social skills are required!

The food was also excellent, and after one mixup with the size of our pizza, on the fault of the kitchen (I saw the pad she wrote the order down on), we received a second pizza of the correct size, and got the smaller sized pizza for free.
I would return to this location if I am ever in the area.
I have heard all sorts of things about Boston Pizza, but now i have my own idea about it and that is why i wanted to review this restaurant. This restaurant is amazing the staff are so friendly, although we went to go and try the mushroom caps that are supposed to be so good, we couldn't get them, the server kindly explained to us that they were not serving spinach, and i am glad they weren't i had forgot that they was an issue with it. The thai chicken bites were amazing and the meals were awesome and the dessert, i could not have asked for anything better. We were in a little bit of a hurry and they got us out just in time to catch our movie, thanks Bston Pizza, can't wait to see you guys again, hopefully soo for that new RIBRAGEOUS promotion in October that sounds so... good !!!!!
