Managers happy to speak over and speak down to you - but don't worry they will mansplain everything so you understand. Want to be and taken advantage of and not get your product - shop Leon's!

Until they get your money they are terrific. Bought a stackable washer/dryer from them and the dryer didn’t work right out of the box. Leon’s response.... call this 800 # and work it out with the manufacturer. Not only did I get shoved off, it took me 3 contacts to be told it’s not a Leon’s problem.

We are thrilled with the experience of purchasing our new bed from Leon’s Peterborough! Pam was amazing and very patient with us as we made the decision. She took the time to explain the benefits of the few we narrowed it down to, with no pressure for us to go one way or the other. The delivery was seamless, the guys were amazing and we are thrilled! I can only rave about this store. Our salesman, was so helpful and made our purchase a pleasure. We bought a sofa bed and a bar fridge at a fantastic price. It was delivered today and the 2 men very careful and professional. They also removed all the wrappings and took them away. I would not hesitate to recommend Leons to everyone.

I am pleased to shop at a locally owned family business! The delivery team was amazing. We had a very difficult spot for the item to get in and they maneuvered it perfectly. So happy with the entire process.

Ken and Glen were absolutely fantastic. The 2 delivery guys were super. We appreciate the kindness the four of them showed us. We love our new leather sofa. However the delivery person (one who sets up the delivery) was not very co-operative. I paid for a timed delivery. Her attitude was one of 'If it is there by 12, if not, then whatever. I will be making any future purchases from this location, however I just hope I don't have to deal with her anymore.
