Owner decided to hold my vehicle hostage against a miss understanding and none of our fault, when a small payment didnt go through. He refused to be reasonable, lied about delivery date on the repair he accepted under the insurance that paid him. Told me 4 weeks, and then he told me another 4 weeks, and then he emails me that he wont do the job at all even though insurance paid him. Wasted weeks and weeks of my time, cost me loss of vehicle, ins on it and payments. They dont give a dam about you
