Arrived at 4 o,clock may 25 th. 3 cooks working and one customer in the place. Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. Staff looked at me like i was from another planet. Nobody asked me what i wanted after 10 minutes so i left and will not go back. I don,t mind waiting but 3 cooks and one customer and they can,t take my order? What kind of place is this when 3 cooks can only do one order at a time?
i ordered a side order of potatoes I got 2 potatoes halves. was charged incorrectly for a drink and when asked why I was told that the prices displayed are old and then I was argued with. I will not go back nor recommend to anyone!!
Really good food for a great price as well! Super friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back here again for some delicious Greek food! Highly recommend.
Amazing food. Excellent customer service. Staff is super nice. We always have a large order and there are never any issues!
great souvlaki's for lunch.
Great take out food. Excellent service, beautiful salads and good selection.
Are you kidding no Greeks here its filthy old meat potatoes are brown I cant belive this place isn't closed down PUBLIC HEALTH take a look at this place and the food omg do not eat there
Horrid. Good greek nearby is elusive. This place didnt help my cause. Im speachless and trying to remain positive, grasping for 25 words. Germaphobes beware.
Magnificent food! I could go on and on just about the salad! Deliciously fresh and mouth wateringly delicious. oh My ... and then: The Souvlaki! .. huge and freshly prepared and a taste sensation. I love this place. Yes, the garlic bread is "not too great", but that's hardly the point. I think they just give you that to hold you over until the real treats arrive. You have to me "open-minded" about the atmosphere in order to fully appreciate it so if you're a little snooty you might not like it here. Go for the food .. and enjoy!
Happy to find a good little Greek restaurant in our area. The food is hot and fresh. Large helpings. My wife likes the greek salad's dressing, although there was too much of it. The potatoes (and sauce they are cooked in) are really good. The rice is even better with the potato sauce. Gyros was not re-fried but fresh off the roast which was heated up on my arrival. Chicken fingers are great.
It was a great meal, a lot of food for the price... lots of leftovers. Garlic bread was the worst I've ever seen, though. (I didn't even taste it... it was burnt on the outsides and soggy on the inside).
We waited patiently until the Friendly Greek opened. We have been to the original on the Danforth Ave and always liked it. These guys have taken to heart the service and quality that you get at the original restaurant. They are always eager to please, even when altering a gyro for my freakish son who asked for a cheese slice and lettuce with no sauce. Only one complaint, they don’t have saganaki yet!!! Can’t wait for the fried cheese. If you don’t like their food, you don’t like greek.
Went to lunch with my friend and my food was actually good until the end when I found a hair on my garlic bread and then that completely turned my off, I was ready to gag cause who know there could of been more and I missed them. Will not return.
