waiting 1 hour for our food and not all tables were full. Terrible service, 4 workers to clean a table to have a chat break??? then the waitress to come over to say I'm trying to push your food orders through!!...Really!!!Don't come here to eat!!

Where Harmony meets Taunton, East Side Mario's is a family friendly place to feed your face. Ordered the double bacon carbonara with minestone soup that seemed calorie conscious about the portions. Good service and good food

I have never encountered such a slow and rude service in a nearly empty establishment in my life. The bartender was very loud and obnoxious, waited for one drink for about 20 minutes and not a thank you for the 15% gratuity we left. I simply have a hard time understanding how such a personality is tolerated in a service oriented establishment.

This was a terrible experience. The food is horrible- I do not know what this Franchise is doing different from others but the food was disgusting. The staff are all rushing around - which makes for a very unpleasant dining experience. Will never go back ever!

Absolutely terrible service.

Time and time again this East Side Mario's disappoints. I've had numerous instances here where the food has taken an unreasonably long time. Pick-up or dining, expect to wait a good hour before being getting your food. Once when I had ordered food to be picked up, after waiting twenty minutes longer than what they had told me, they came out to tell me that they ran out of chicken and I would have to substitute my mainly-chicken meals with something else. The service here is so frustrating it borders on stressful. Do yourself a favour and just make your own food, it's way easier.
