It is surprising how much a server can ruin the experience. $150.00 wasted. The food was ok. Veal and French fries ok if you like standard fries enough for 3 people on one plate. Will I go back? NO Ill lòok for a better time.
Absolutely horrid the portions were good but the food was not quality and waitress was horrible and the food was not up to par we all got our meals and our one acquaintances waited ten minutes to get her meal fifteen minutes after everyone else did which was a simple pasta and we were only a small group of 5 it was completely horrid and I would not recommend

I have to say. I've been eating at theos for many many years and Theos not only has the best food in central Ontario. But it's consistent and huge portions. You know that a resteraunt is managed well when it's employees never leave. There treated well hence it comes out in there service and there food. You won't be disappointed.
Theo’s Eatery is a local Italian restaurant in Orillia, Ontario. This restaurant is by far my favorite restaurant. The prices are very reasonable ranging from 11- 25 $. The quantity from one plate is very plentiful and nearly amounts to two servings. The staff is very nice and makes your stay very enjoyable. The seating area is elegant yet casual. There is a full bar to sit at, as well as a separate seating area that can be booked out for a group. My favorite meal is the chicken parmesan. It is served with a breaded chicken breast covered in Theo’s homemade sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. I am never disappointed with my meal as it is prepared the same every time. The wait time for your food is very reasonable and I have never waited longer than 25 minutes for my meal.
I have been to Theo's many times and it is very fair prices and have not been overly dissapointed.
The service is always friendly and I leave feeling very full.
I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I have to agree that the one tomato sauce can make things a bit lack lustre, but the consistency in overall quality is great. You can depend on Theo's for good, fresh food at a good price; their salads are always fresh and crisp. I would definitely recommend Theo's for anyone that's not overly adventurous looking for standard Greek or Italian food as an alternative to the chain restaurants.
I love Theos. I read some reviews which stated that everything tasted the same there. I can only assume everyone at that table had something in the same kind of sauce. Here's an idea - if you want variety, order variety! Here's some options:
Tomato sauce: Veal or chicken Parm is awesome
Cream Sauce: Alfredo Alforno
Roasted Red Pepper Fusilli is my fave and actually all I get there lately, and it has another sauce & taste
Stuffed Mushroom caps are great too!
Not all restaurants are created equal. Theo's is by far the best place to eat in Orillia. We have eaten in and ordered take-out many times. Meal always arrive hot and delicious, restaurant always clean, including the bathrooms (really important to me), staff - always fast and friendly.
We have just moved up here from Toronto. We have frequented many fine dining restaurants in the Toronto area over many years both for business and personal. I was extremely impressed with the outstanding food at Theo's in Orillia. The pasta is fresh, cooked perfectly and filled with plentiful fresh ingredients...chicken, red peppers, olives etc.The veal was very good . The helpings are generous and the prices are just right. I highly recommend them for both lunch and dinner.
Our entrees were excellent, great place to dine in orillia. Considering most rest. on that street are drive thru or come with a toy. The Al forno was great. I would of liked more garlic on the bread, couldn't even tell it was garlic bread.
Being new to the Orillia are and we asked some people their opinion on restaurants and a couple metioned this place. Nothing to write home about, nice atmosphere. Food seems like typical roadhouse style.
