Can’t really award any stars because these guys essentially rendered useless my old laptop on the paid data transfer to the new one I had purchased from them. Better find someone else to do this for you.

The customer service at this location in Oakville is atrocious! I was in before Christmas buying a $100 item as a gift. I was not interested in getting the warranty. When asked by the Cashier, I politely declined, she then persisted to the point of badgering me to get the warranty. I had to decline 5x at which point she became abnoxious and discourteous. I wrote it off as a bad experience with an ignorant person but then I had an even worse experience with another cashier a few weeks later

Bought a nice computer chair. The staff was very friendly in helping me choose a style and I have been very happy with my purchase. Also seem to have a very large selection compared to some other locations.
