    The guy attending during Afternoon has no clue on customer service, acts like robot just following the instructions... no intention to help customers...he only ask tracking number.. not even trying to search by name or address, he deserves to be fired!!!! Deliveries to buildings they send directly to store ( maybe lazy drivers..)
