I signed up for in person obedience classes for my dog, and due to the pandemic and new regulations they switched to virtual classes. I completely understand this decision, and that this was not under their control. However, there were multiple things that they handled in an extremely unprofessional manner: -less than 24hrs notice of change -refusal to refund, even though they know I signed up specifically for the in person factor. DO NOT ENROLL, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

    very disappoint...

very disappointing Only person with any integrity at this place is Brittany, the groomer. Rude, poor communication. And very negative atmosphere Took my puppy there from day one, did 2 levels of training plus a lot of private lessons, when I started seeing fearful traits in him. I communicated many times my concern about this and asked for direction with this issue and was basically ignored. So naturally I Took my business elsewhere, where I saw the huge difference The other place was much more effective, professional and in a relaxed and positive atmosphere-huge difference. After some time the trainer here suggested I try agility to encourage a stronger bond between my dog and Myself. hesitantly, I returned to All About Dogs, (due to lack of any other facility that provide agility classes) After 2 levels my dog began to show signs of stress and anxiety, at the 1st class of the 4th level he became very anxious and just couldn't be consoled so I pulled him out of class half way through. By the advise of many other experts I decided to stop all classes so as not to stress my dog out any further. It was clearly not a good fit for him. The owner is refusing to give me even a partial refund. We completed 1 class Out of 6 classes that I paid for. (Very expensive classes) She never even called to see how my dog was doing or to discuss what happened in class that night. Considering the time and money I've spent at this place, it's very upsetting that she doesn't have even an ounce of respect or regard for me or my dog. Seems to me like a very money driven business...All About Money and not about your dog ! Should have listened to my instinct the first time around ...Be aware

    TERRIBLE EXPERIEN...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Booked a private consultation with All About Dogs for 1.5 hours ($180 without tax), was charged for 2.25 hours (over $300 with tax). Did not realize until I got home they had overcharged, as they send the receipt via email. I contacted them multiple times, and my emails were ignored and when they finally replied they said it was my fault because I didn't track the time and because I didn't make it clear I had a budget restriction, despite a confirmed appointment time slot.

    A Magical Place

All About Dogs is a magical place for dogs (ant their owners too)! Renee helped my Rachel build her confidence thru agility training and helped me to be a better owner. An A1 experience.

    Best training facility in toronto

We found Renee at All About Dogs a couple of years ago through a friend. I am so happy we signed up! Phoebe is involved in the agility classes there, and she couldn't be happier! She cries and whines with excitement when we tell her we are going to see Renee and do agility! Always positive methods - never punishment, which is how dog training should be! I highly recommend All About dogs to anyone for training, agility, and anything and everything else you need!

A variety of classes are offered to answer every one of our interests, from beginner obedience to agility classes etc. Renee is excellent at training using positive reinforcement and patience. It is amazing! It is fun! I cannot believe the progress that we have been making since we started attending classes at All About Dogs. All I can say is THANK YOU and both Gracie and I look forward to our next class!

    Effective, fun, humane training

Our family has been taking classes at All About Dogs since January 2011 - mainly agility with a bit of Rally thrown in. Renee makes the classes fun while also effectively conveying the techniques needed to build a good working partnership between human and dog.

    Best Dog Training!

Taking my dog to All About Dogs is the best thing I've ever done for my dog and for myself. The classes are so much fun, the facilities are great and really well taken care of and everyone there is friendly. Renee is the best instructor, and I've been to a few different obedience classes around the city. Not only does she take the time to give each dog/person individual attention and instruction but she really helps me understand what I am trying to teach him and why. I first went for an obedience refresher for my dog and we are now in our 4th agility class. My dog's behaviour has improved drastically and I have a much better understanding of him and his behaviours. I recommend to anyone and everyone looking into classes for their dog to go to All About Dogs.

The best training resource in the city

We found Renee through a friend of ours who works at the local vets, and what a stroke of luck. Angus loves his agility so much he cries while he waits his turn. Renee makes the classes fun for everyone, positive training all round, dogs and owners ;) All About Dogs has opened my eyes to the fun and enjoyment you and your canine buddy can have, the possibilities seem endless. Renee has saved my dog from a life of boring walks and monotonous days on the couch. We have done trick training, agility, nutritional seminars and a first aid course at All about Dogs and enjoyed every thing they have to offer. The facility is top notch, clean and spacious. All the equipment is great, even the flooring is designed for your dogs comfort and safety! I cannot say enough about how great Renee and her team is!!

AAD does know all about dogs

I feel very lucky by ending up at AAD and meeting Renee, Brittany and the rest of the team. I honestly don't know how my stubborn little english bulldog baby would turn out if not for the gentle and patient guidance provided by Renee. She would notice the smallest detail and correct you, which would magically change everything. It feels like Renee had experience with every possible issue that could appear in bringing up a puppy, training an adult dog and ... educating the owner. Also, dogs ADORE Renee, you have to see how the look at her and how they listen to her. I would absolutely recommend AAD to those who care about their doggys and would like to establish great relationship with them.
