Great food not so good if you're pressed for time

I go to Williams often, and I do very much enjoy the food. However, today I called to pre-order something so I could pick it up in drive-through on my way to work. They would not take my order knowing that I would be there in 10 minutes. Not very good customer service when it takes about 8 to 10 minutes for them to cook most of the things you want. Not overly impressed probably won't go back.

Comfortable atmosphere, free WiFi, decent coffee, newspapers to read. They offer meals as well as sandwiches and sweets. Cost is mediocre -- you won't leave feeling like you got a great bargain but it's not the worst prices I've seen either. Good place if you like salads but they aren't cheap.
