I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken. We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. These people working here are very considerate, polite and honest. Thank you
Worst most cruel clinic in all of North America. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR PET HERE. THEY GOUGE YOU FOR MONEY AND KILL YOUR PET INSTEAD OF CURING YOUR PET. THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY ARE ONLY MONEY DRIVEN AND DO NOT RESPECT SANCTITY OF LIFE. AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY. PLEASE.
Whatever you do, DO NOT take your pets here!!
Recently we took our 9 year old German Shepherd mix to this emergency vet to get his hips and spine checked due to sudden pain. We waited 2 hours in the car (because of covid) for them to take him in, another 2 hours for them to do a brief examination. WITHOUT ANY TESTS DONE, we get a call from the vet saying its more than likely bone cancer. Again, at this point NO tests were done!! The doctor suggested we do blood work and x-rays to verify if
On Saturday, January 2, 2021, I brought my very sick cat to this clinic. I had to leave her there because the clinic was busy and covid health protocols. Despite the fact that they had ample time to discuss terms of payment (in full, day of service) they did not do so until 10 pm that day. My cat had to be put down. They would not accept partial payment. She could not be cremated until I made full payment. So had to go back, grief stricken, to make payment. Cruel, heartless, no compassion. AVOID
Place to avoid! They do not care about your pet, they want your money!
Dr. Cullander and Adriana are the worst professionals I have ever met.
They will try to run as much exams as possible for no reason.
If you love your pet, do not go to this place. Save your time, money and pet's health! My yorkie almost died because of their poor service.
