It took me forever to simply return one product back because there was only one cashier available. The store wasn't even that bus at all. & the funny thing is on google it said it was really busy afterwards. So other than my simple exchange that went fine, they are definitely under staffed here and I would try to avoid going to the Best Buy @ Winston Churchill & argentia

Cheap by $130

I got to say, every electronic appliance in my house is from future shop, Recently my wife found an amazing deal on the future shop website . Rushed to future shop at Argentia road as usual to get the Fuji camera which was listed for $149 on the future shop website. The camera was priced around $279 at the shop. The sales person including the store manager at the store tried for a while to give the camera for the same price as listed in the future shop website. His final verdict, cannot match the price to the same. This is insane..... Future shop boast about their price match with other companies, they cannot match their own price at the store, guess what happened, the store manager worked pretty hard to get the deal out of the website instead of matching it for his customer. I called the customer service right away to make sure its not a website error. The offer was up to Aug 12 but removed on the Aug11th itself. They could not handle a difference of $130 . Cheap cheap cheap... I had made a complaint to the customer service, hope they will come with a resolution, will update the situation after i hear from the customer service.
